- Free for residents of participating cities (Addison, Dallas, DeSoto, Duncanville, Farmers Branch, Garland, Highland Park, Irving, Mesquite, Richardson, Rowlett, Sachse, Seagoville, Sunnyvale, University Park, and unincorporated Dallas County). A minimum $100 fee applies for non-participating cities.

Also accepts chemical products for home use and craft and hobby supplies, per Dallas County's official 'What to Bring' list. Containers larger than 5 gallons are not accepted.

Business or commercial waste, tires, explosives or ammunition, shock-sensitive materials, smoke detectors, radioactive materials, medical waste, common trash or recyclables, construction debris, and large appliances including televisions.
