- For bulk or contractor-type debris: a current Texas-issued ID (driver's license, DPS ID, LTC, or consulate ID) plus a current City of Houston utility bill or lease with a matching address, out-of-state residents may use a current property tax bill instead. For recycling only, a current Texas-issued ID is sufficient.

- Up to 4 visits per month (once per week). Passenger tires: up to 5 per visit, 10 per month. Used motor oil: up to 5 quarts per visit. Furniture: maximum 2 large items per visit. Contractor-type debris limited to 4 cubic yards.

Preparation instructions
Wood fencing, shelving, and large toys must be broken down completely before drop-off. Arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to allow time to unload.
Accepted items
Also accepts aluminum cans, magazines, newspapers, steel/tin cans, plastics #1-5 and #7, aerosol cans, furniture (up to two large items like couches), and contractor-type debris (sheetrock, tile, shingles, lumber, carpet, flooring, cabinetry, plywood, up to 4 cubic yards, about 8 contractor bags), per the City of Houston's official Residential Drop-Off Center materials list.
Not accepted here
Tree stumps or limbs larger than 9 inches in diameter. No contractors with tools or job-site signage, and no salvaging or scavenging materials from the site.
